HealtheMed is a public benefit corporation dedicated to enriching the lives of underserved populations in the state of Minnesota.
Clinic@Home, a first of its kind, digital system of care enables Medicaid waivered clients to get better access to health care in their homes through its hybrid telemedicine platform.
Our mission is to keep Medicaid waivered participants in the community longer by enabling access to the essential care services they need, in the comfort of their own home. We want these important citizens to become more independent and live as fulfilling a life as possible.

Tom Spencer
Chairman & Chief Strategy Officer
Tom, a co-founder, has 30 years of physician management, managed care contracting, and healthcare technology innovation experience. In 2016, he negotiated the first CMS-approved contract for telemedicine wound clinic services in the U.S.
Steve Pontius
CEO
Steve has 35 years as an innovator in the healthcare industry. His experience extends into the venture capital space with startup successes in field marketing, healthcare, and retail, and is well-known as the Founder of MinuteClinic, a pioneer in the retail healthcare sector.
Ron Mandelbaum

Ron is a seasoned executive with a rich history of 30+ years of business development and strategic leadership. His diverse entrepreneurial background was instrumental in architecting the company’s flagship service offerings. He has a passion for leveraging innovative business models with technology to overcome barriers in the market.

Alisha is a people centered, mission driven leader bringing 25 years of healthcare experience with key contributions in clinical, operational, growth and strategic initiatives.

VP, People
Meta is a seasoned people leader with 15+ years of experience driving strategic people initiatives across healthcare delivery, health insurance, and health technology sectors. With a passion for people strategy, she believes that our people are our greatest asset.
Chris Russell
VP, Finance
Chris started his career as a CPA performing assurance and financial due diligence work with Big 4 accounting firms. Most recently, he spent 6 years as an investment banker advising on M&A and growth funding transactions for healthcare technology companies.
Dr. Dane Shipp
Medical Director
Dane has over 25 years of clinical, health information, and research experience. In addition to years of practice, he helps physicians adopt new technologies such as telemedicine and remote patient monitoring.
